Cancel Order

At our website (hereinafter referred as platform) our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you wish to cancel the order, we are here to help.

  • You can cancel your order online before Payment done.
  • In case, even a single product of the order has been picked/shipped, then its not possible to cancel the order.
  • Any other case email us.

Refund / Replace

customer replace will be accepted only when a product delivered is wrong / damaged / expired. customers has to make refund / replace request within 24 hours after order delivered. customer can make request for via email.

Return Item

Courier Problem:

  • When a product is undelivered by courier due to some uncertain reason, we will refund the full amount after receiving the product at our facility.
  • When a product is lost by courier in transit. We will refund the full amount.

Customer Returns:

Currently we are not take back any item. If you found your item is damaged / Expired / Not as per order for that write us.

Shipping

Once the order placed we will try to dispatch the placed order within 24 working hours from confirmation of your orders.

Once the order has been dispatched it will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days. The delivery is subject to delaying as per the unavoidable circumstances on that locations where the delivery to be performed.

It is also noted that the delivery of your order may also be delayed, in case your location is not covered under the jurisdiction of our courier services.

If the address provided by you at the time of placing the order is insufficient or incorrect then delivery / us contact you for the proper co-ordination via provided contact number.

It is also noted that delivery attempt shall be for at least two times, if in case you are not available at your delivery location/ your address is improper/ your provided phone number is not working at the time of attempting delivery. Your order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

Once your placed order marked as RTO and such order has been received by us then your refund will be initiated as per refund policy.

Once your placed order marked as RTO then it will never take re-delivery at your location, if you still want then place the fresh order on the platform.

Early delivery is not available currently.

Note:

  • Make sure you write within time period.
  • When you write us make sure you describe your problem in details. Also add your contact details so we can contact you easily.
  • We may ask you certain proofs of damages, wrong item delivered etc.
  • We will decided whether the refund shall be initiated or replace the item.
